Working with both Historic Boston Inc. and Roslindale Village Main Streets, Oxbow provided strategic assistance in the creation of a multi-parcel solution culminating in a joint venture agreement which will result in the new construction of market rate residential units and the rehabilitation and re-use of the historic substation
