An MIT affiliated Not-for-Profit had spent 10 years working towards the goal of completing a full rehabilitation that would bring their building up to current code, increase energy efficiency and increase its useful life. Retained to serve as Owners Representative, a new team was assembled and within 14 months construction has commenced. Within 22 months, the $6M renovation was complete with existing students and a new Rush class fully utilizing their modernized home.
