Development Administration for Local Public Housing Authority New to Mixed Finance

In coordination with MHJ Associates, Oxbow led the design, procurement, construction administration, rent up and conversion to permanent loan for 12 new modular rental units constructed by the Hopkinton Housing Authority. Built on excess land owned by the Authority, the project was financed utilizing both public and private sources including a 20 year permanent loan provided by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership.
