Retained by the Sudbury Housing Authority to assist in coordination with the Department of Housing and Community Development ensuring that the modular construction procurement was completed in compliance with the State Public Procurement Statutes. The project involved the construction of 5 new modular duplex rental buildings on the location of 5 existing single unit rental buildings owned by the Authority.
