The Eustis Street Fire House stood vacant for more than 25 years. Utilizing State/Federal Historic Tax Credits in combination with New Market Tax Credits and City of Boston funds, Oxbow Partners worked with Historic Boston to provide early development and feasibility work which led to the historic restoration of the building which now houses HBI’s offices.
